We are seeking passionate individuals to support expectant moms and their families through their pregnancy and childbirth journey. Doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support, helping families achieve a positive birth experience. Labor doulas are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.  By joining our program, you'll gain valuable skills and become part of a supportive network. We provide comprehensive online training through Childbirth International, mentorship and support throughout your training, with monthly meetings and check-ins with local program staff, and individual mentorship through your first three births. The tuition for the training is covered by Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition thanks to generous grants. Once certified, labor doulas are paid for each client they support. In addition to making a positive impact on families, becoming a doula offers opportunities for personal growth and professional development. You'll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for birth!
